Roadtrip to USA Homework

Next term, we will be starting our new topic of 'Roadtrip to USA'.

To help you prepare for this, please do some research into the USA. 

You may present your research in any way you like (poster, powerpoint, non-chronological report, leaflet, poster, etc) but try to be as creative as possible!

Here are some ideas that you might like to research (but you may come up with some of your own if you wish):

• Largest/important cities
• Famous landmarks
• Famous people
• Rivers and lakes
• Mountains and forests (National Parks)
• Animals

Take a look at our fantastic Year 3 display covered in bright and colourful shape poems. The children chose what their poem would be about (linked to our Science topic of Rocks).

We have some dinosaur poems, fossil poems and volcano poems.

It looks great and certainly brightens up the corridor.
